The room was incredible and way above our expectations for cheap hotel above a pub. Very nice experience, and in a good location near penguins and platypuses in Burnie. We didn't hear any noise at all from the bar below.

Lovely vintage touches throughout the property, well preserved features and a very comfortable stay. Great use of eco friendly products. Love all the live plants and the working original record player. The outdoor bath area and pond was very relaxing and a great use of the space. Good location to base ourselves on the north west coast for our activities.

Very accommodating- had crutches and Liam saw us and switched rooms around so we could be on the ground floor - Liam even borrowed us his personal ice packs - very appreciative from Canadian tourists having a bad day!! Thank you!!!

This was brand new in October 24.Very good value.2 bedroom unit.perfectly clean.Great view over harbour.We looked over the port,but it finished work late afternoon and there was no noise overnight.

Rooms are Very clean and comfortable, has a good location if you have a car. But unfortunately not disability friendly as all rooms are upstairs. No bistro so you have to source meals elsewhere. Does not match up to the description on Bookings.com. Would recommend for short stays for singles, couples

This place has a laid back atmosphere but well run.

This place has a laid back atmosphere but well run. Pets allowed is a big bonus! Far enough from town to be quiet but a short car ride to Burnie. Beach across the road. The dogs loved it. And.. The staff are nice people.

The room was quiet and had everything we needed for our overnight stay. It had extra pillows, blankets, hair dryer, hand wash, body wash, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge and tea, coffee and biscuits. The heating was great! The meals in the hotel were delicious and staff were friendly.

We would stay here again, it was good value. We stayed in the combined family room, which was two hotel rooms together with an interconnecting door. Had a microwave, toaster and cutlery and crockery. Also had smoke alarms which sometimes smaller accommodation places don’t have.

It was a lovely hotel, will be back for future stays In Somerset. Comfy bed, bathroom and toilet in rooms, tv, tea , coffee and even a microwave, and a little table and a mini fridge with milk. Every thing you need.
