The Location was fantastic, The fact that the Labor Club is in the adjoining building add to the Dining & Entertainment Experience. Staff were exceptional and the facilities were of the highest standard. I can honestly recommend this Hotel as one of the Best, that I have stayed @ in the Last 10 years of travel - and there have been a few.

It was located in a perfect location, close to shops and bus stop in Kingston. The rooms had kitchen and kitchenware to cook with wash/drier and all amenities inside. It also has had great collection of instant tea, coffee and mocha . Comfortable bed and clean rooms

Barton is the best place to base yourself when visiting...

Barton is the best place to base yourself when visiting Canberra. It’s easy to walk to Parliament House, the National Gallery, Kingston Foreshore and Manuka. It is very easy to get onto main roads if you are heading out of town in any direction. The streets are lovely for walking and Telopea Park is so pretty. Maple and Grove is a great cafe - perfect for early coffee (7am), breakfast or lunch.
