Communication with staff was fast and easy. Instruction for the key has been sent in advance. Apartment looks exactly as in the photos. It is big and cozy. A lot of candles and cute decor. Kitchen has all necessary stuff for cooking,a lot of coffee capsules, and for dishwasher machine as well. In general whole building is old but owner tried to make rennovation. Location is perfect for quiet stay, but could be difficult with small car in the winter time with snow.

After having stayed in hundreds hotels over the past years i can honestly say: this is one of the best European hotels i ever stayed in, in its price category. Staying here also comes with a free public transport day pass for the Salzburg region and the S1 train stops 2 minutes walk from the hotel and gets you to Salzburg Hbhf in 25 minutes. The only thing to be aware of is that the church bells of the church right opposite announce the start if each day at 6:00am. The hotel has triple glazing and our friends who sleep with their windows closed and had a room in the back didn’t hear a thing but as an ‘always windows open sleeper’ with a front side room it was quite a wake up call 😅

Amazing stay, incredibly nice staff. We even got free coffe and hot chocolate. We only stayed one night but despite arriving late we tried more things than we would elsewhere in a week !? Did a late night training in gym room and went to 24/7 sauna with cozy relax zone. Our room even had a salt light. They really go above and beyond for their guests, did not think someone could surprise us that much after all the booked accomodations we tried over years.

Super close to train station, warm and friendly staff who are very helpful, fantastic room which was nice and quiet. The ratings I read about breakfast were all well founded, it was EXCELLENT! Feeling sad to be moving on from here TBH. Easy walk to town and eating places.
