I've late checked-in here, but the reception personnel was really friendly. Wow, this is actually a really nice place to choose as accommodation while in Baden in winter or close to Vienna. The room was incredible and the view from the room was breathtaking. Plus a rich breakfast even for the vegans.

This was our third stay at this hotel. We stayed as a family once again and were very satisfied. On the last day, we had an early morning checkout, but the staff handled it flexibly and kindly. Our 7-year-old daughter was also very happy and said she wants to come back again. The front desk staff, in particular, were kind and friendly. We will definitely visit again in the near future.

extra friendly staff, room design. toilet facility was build as addendum to the bathroom with two soudproof doors between the room and toilet. never seen it in a hotel. such a clever design. hotel furniture at the lobby was all Vienna vintage style, very chick.
