The location is excellent. It is a new property and stylishly decorated. The rooms are large and very comfortable. The quality of the linen etc was excellent. Mine had a balcony which was comfortably sized and ideal for a pre dinner drink. What really made our stay, however, was the staff. We were welcomed warmly and every effort was made to assist us in every respect including going out of their way to find a money exchange facility on the morning we left. It was truly outstanding service. One of us managed to take the room key with us when we left and staff were able to quickly make arrangements to collect it from us at the bus station.

This is such a great hotel with friendly staff, great rooms and only 5 min by foot to the bus station and 15 min into town. We really loved our stay here.

Service was really nice. The view of the lake was beautiful, especially at sunrise. We both enjoyed a lovely cheap massage. Breakfast was by far the best we’ve had all trip.
