Everything was amazing here. Staff were friendly, it was clean, beds were comfy. You get 1hr free kayak after 6pm AND free sun beds after tourists leave. They can also help organise your boat from Komani if needed. Couldn’t recommend more!

We recommend 100% this place. All staff working there are amazing. Very nice and friendly all of them. We are very grateful for the great attention we received during our stay. The hotel is new, modern, spacious and clean with facilities necessary. The restaurant is amazing and the food is delicious. Amazing guesthouse in paradise. The room was new and very clean. It is not hot inside during the day and at night because the guesthouse is in the shadow of the trees but still have amazing view to the river. The staff is very attentive. They have varied breakfast. Also you can take in this place kayak. Thanks for everything and good luck.

Xhorxho and his wife Nicola were the most welcoming & pleasant hosts we have met during our trip in Albania & Kosovo. They were taking really good care of us (12 people) and showed great flexibility with the arrival and drop-off by boat from Fierze. The 1h boat trip is spectacularly beautiful and the place is a total gem, especially in October, when it is not too crowded. We really enjoyed the villas, the food and the hospitality. You can see the effort and heart they put in to create this little paradise.Totally recommended!

The hotel is very nice and feels almost brand new. Everything is clean, and I really liked the wooden touches in the room — they make it feel cozy. We had a room with a balcony, and the view was absolutely stunning — mountains and a river right in front of you. It’s the perfect spot to sit, relax, and enjoy the fresh mountain air. The jacuzzi isn’t something I’d consider essential, but it’s definitely a nice extra to have.
