Green Valley Inn ligt op 21 km van Cahal Pech en biedt een buitenzwembad en een tuin. De accommodaties hebben airconditioning, een terras en gratis WiFi. We had a wonderful stay in this piece of heaven. We stayed in one of the wooden lodges with warm (!!) outdoor showers. If you look up you just see the trees and birds! We saw and heard the toucan from our room, saw the hummingbirds sitting in the trees and around the feeder, and even heard a nightjar at night! There is a small fridge with beverages to purchase in the room, and free coffee and tea. The food at breakfast and dinner is wonderful (I tried many new things) and there is always good energy in the kitchen, everyone is so friendly! Marcella also has a lot of really helpful travel advice and always looked out for how to help! :) Thank you so much for this amazing stay!

Sweet Songs Jungle Lodge ligt in San Ignacio met uitzicht op de tuin en heeft een restaurant, een gedeelde lounge, bar, tuin, buitenzwembad dat het hele jaar door open is en terras. Het was echt heerlijk! Zo bijzonder om in de jungle zo’n heerlijk plekje te hebben. Prachtig zwembad, lekker eten en een hele fijne service. Alles wordt voor je geregeld. Speciaal voor onze huwelijksreis hadden ze de kamer mooi gemaakt. De atm cave (wel intensief) + vogeltour kunnen we ontzettend aanraden. Het is wat duurder maar je krijgt wel waar voor je geld.

Vanilla Hills Resort beschikt over ruime bungalows in de weelderige, tropische jungle buiten San Ignacio. Vanilla Hills ligt prachtig in de heuvels net buiten San Ignacio. Het is een klein hotel, perfect geleid door gastvrouw Claudia. Wij hadden een boomhut met buitendouche, waar je s morgens wordt gewekt door de vele vogels. Claudia regelde ook 2 tours voor ons, naar Tikal en ATM cave. Het restaurant was heel goed, met een duitse chef in de keuken. Alle medewerkers super vriendelijk en gastvrij. Alles bij elkaar maakte dit een fantastisch verblijf!

Deze accommodatie ligt te midden van de bossen van het nationaal park Blue Hole en biedt gratis WiFi, privéparkeergelegenheid en gratis fietsverhuur om de omgeving te verkennen. Unsere Suite Mountain-view was a dream - privatness - our Town jacuzzi with view oder the Jungle and to the sleeping giant was incredible!

Framadani estate - Villa with a pool and Or thatch roof Cabin is gelegen in San Ignacio, op 3 km van Cahal Pech en 18 km van El Pilar. This property and caretaker David just were above and beyond what we could have hoped for! What a beautiful house with all the amenities just minutes from town. Howler monkeys and plenty of birds made every morning memorable. I have never seen such detail and thought go into the decor and feel of each room. We felt at home here and will be back.

Yumas Riverfront Lodge ligt op 3,5 km van Cahal Pech en biedt een buitenzwembad en een tuin. De accommodaties hebben airconditioning, een terras en gratis WiFi. Waanzinnige accommodatie op een mooie & rustige locatie aan de rivier, fantastische eigenaresse Christelle (met het hart op de juiste plek!), erg fijn zwembad, heerlijk ontbijt, beste bedden van onze vakantie, super douche, behulpzaam in het boeken van taxi’s & activiteiten (ATM cave), 3 ontzettend lieve & speelse honden. Wij komen hier zeker terug!! Dikke aanrader :) Enige om rekening mee te houden: 40-45min lopen naar downtown San Ignacio, of ~7min met de taxi.

Table Rock Lodge biedt accommodatie met gratis WiFi in Cristo Rey. San Ignacio ligt op 3,4 km afstand. Er is gratis privéparkeergelegenheid bij de accommodatie. Prachtig hotel midden in de natuur. Personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Lower Dover Jungle Lodge & Maya Ruins is gelegen in Unitedville met uitzicht op de rivier en heeft een restaurant, een gedeelde keuken, bar, tuin, terras en barbecue. Maddie was super lovely! Really helpful with any questions and her food was great! The best vegetarian food I have had in Belize. I was worried about how far away it was from San Ignacio but there is a bus stop near the property and that meant you could go and explore San Ignacio and the ruins surrounding it really easily. River and the ruins on the property are also great.

Samen met Turtle Inn , beste lodges waar we ooit overnacht hebben. Zeer vriendelijk personeel, prachtige accommodatie, zalig zwembad en zeer veel en goed georganiseerde uitstappen
