The room has been wonderful: comfy, clean, spacious, with lots of wall sockets :) The large corner window gave us an immersive experience of the beach and the sea. Paradise-like location! Its terrace was great during our first day when it rained, and excellent for cooling up at noon, when the beach felt too hot. Plamen, the host, worked a lot to build the cabin and he's such an intuitive, friendly person! Couldn't have asked for more!

We stayed for two nights in a chalet, which was pristine and cozy. Dimitar is very polite and helpful. The beach is 5 mins away with a car, the nearest mall and center - 15 mins. It was close to everything, yet it’s located in a peaceful and quiet location. We are definitely visiting again!

We stayed in one of the cabins. Great value for money. Room was spotless, with air conditioning, smart TV with netflix. Had a kitchen where you could cook your own food. Had laundry services which was a big bonus for us.Grate hosts, and very helpful in every way.

The hotel is very quiet (not common for a resort with aqua park, swimming pool, animations of different kinds, etc.) and very clean. The staff is amazing, very friendly and kind, and always keen to help you or advise you. The shuttle to and from the private beach is a plus, as the beach is quite far from the resort (up to 25 minutes walk).

Big rooms, clean, large shower cabin, minibar, properly working air conditioning.

The location of the hotel is great, in the huge park, restaurant's close by, the Dolphinarium / Zoo close by also. The staff were very nice, there is a Bar/Café opposite with area's for children to play, animals to look at eg Rabbits, Terrapins, birds, Parrot, Hedgehog. There was free car parking next to the Hotel. There is a shuttle bus that runs from the Zoo to the Central entrance of the Sea Garden (not far from the Port of Varna)

Everything was good - the room was clean, there was a shower cabin, hot water, wifi. AC heating was working fine. Quiet street, good location. Very friendly and helpful staff, I could leave my luggage before checking in and after checking out free of charge. It was great for a 1 night stay.

We came here with my parents and all of us loved it. The fittings are modern, the spa area is so nicely designed, the infinity pool has lovely views over the sea. Service is really great, everywhere is sparkling clean, nice and friendly staff And the food so tasty We loved our all inclusive package. When we arrived for checking in the parking was full, however they managed to find parking at a nearby hotel, proving a free shuttle for the return and pickup. We paid for it 20BGN per day. We highly recommend, we would love to come back
