He insured the best stay possible . Also the nice lady who made us a delicious breakfast delivered to our room . She was lovely . The hospitality, cleanliness, perfect service at all times. We were welcomed by Güven who took care of us during our entire stay (4 days). Our best experience of hotel hospitality thanks to him. We had delicious warm breakfast served to us daily. We were even gifted a very nice present by Güven when we checked out, just a wonderful ending to our stay :D

It is family business. Abla Shad and her kids are amazing .The husband was very nice. They understood English and used mobile translator to welcome you and provide their service. The wooden house was amazing inside the tea fields. The balcony at night spread relaxation in yr soul .The weather was very nice in the mountains. The road was ok by using Google maps. The breakfast was excellent. The waterfall behind the house was pretty cool and we went there for two hours. Next year I will book three nights .what most I like the smile and the excellent welcomeing by the family and the place was clean and 2 bedrooms that can take 4 people.
