Very friendly! The hostess even drove us to the supermarket and shared a lot of information around here. Hightly recommended.

The staff was very friendly and we often struck up conversation. The lounge area has an extensive vinyl collection and myself and guest would gather in the evenings to listen to classic jazz music.

I loved the location, as it was close to multiple ski resorts, including Kurumayama, where we skied for two days this trip. The proprietor was kind, and very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely stay there again!
