United KingdomFantastic experience of off grid but not off grid. A wonderful cabin in the woods with exceptional amenities, decor and views.
A complete get away from it all property. The bath on the verandah was wonderful, relaxing as you listen to the babbling of the burgh by candlelight.
Very clean, cosy and just what we needed. Only 10 miles outside of Glasgow.
Douglas was a wonderful host, very welcoming. We loved the visit every morning from the cockerel and hens.
We can highly recommend staying here.

We were moved into a caravan park because of some issues with the previous guest in the chalet who had to extend the stay. I never stayed in the static caravan before, there was nothing wrong as such with it, but in future would not be my preferred choice. The caravan was pretty much the same size of the chalet booked, fairly clean and furnished. at the same time they tend to be humid. The heating system was pretty good, but once turned off the lose warmth.

Clean, welcoming and clean chalet. Modern and equipment supplied was practical for stay. The owner was extremely helpful in identifying how to find the site and meet up to collect the key.

Perfect location, chalet as stated on advert with good facilities, everything we needed. Everything worked fine and had everything we needed, oh apart from a sharp knife for vegetables but I usually bring one anyway.

I was met at the site by the owners who were very helpful and friendly, they couldn't do enough to make sure that I was settled and comfortable, the chalet was very clean and had great facilities, it was very comfortable and I enjoyed my stay.
The Chalet is within a Caravan park and it was very quiet, the other people on the site were very friendly and welcoming, it was very peaceful and quiet, would certainly recommend to anyone needing short term fully furnished accommodation.

Me and my wife travelled up from Nottingham to visit family and stayed for 2 days.
Leading up to our arrival and during our stay we were looked after and made to feel so welcome.
The chalet we had was beautiful and spotless.
Absolutely fantastic stay and the value for money is second to none (highly recommend staying there).
We have actually booked again for Christmas holidays for 10 days.
