Great lodge spotlessly clean with everything you'll need for a perfect stay. Good quality furniture and beds. Wonderful to watch the wildlife. So peaceful but within easy distance to the town. The owners were so helpful with a small issue we had and was resolved quickly.

Beautiful setting, hot tub was fantastic. Very peaceful and rural. Dog friendly , so we could escape from the fireworks going off all weekend in the city. Lots of provisions inside the house and a lovely welcome package.

Fabulous lodge, spotless, modern, well laid out and presented, lovely finish, plenty of space. 2 bathrooms which makes things so much easier as we had our 2 teens with us. lovely location, both the immediate setting with the other lodges and it’s proximity to the pretty village of Kippford. A fabulous stay and we were really sad to leave. Our stay went far too quickly.

It was clean, spacious and a beautiful property. The owners were very nice and welcoming and the area around the cabin was quiet and calm with only the sounds of nature and a few farm animals.

Really enjoyed it. Had everything we needed. Maybe a microwave would have been handy. Great shower and very quiet. You dont really see your neighbours. We will return again hopefully to one with a hot top. Lovely trails to go walks too

Fabulous lodge in the perfect location. We had such a wonderful stay and the lodge is very cosy and the outdoor space is great. The communication from the owner was great and welcome pack and cake on arrival are perfect. Thank you for the birthday candles and banner for my son’s birthday. This was a really thoughtful touch! We loved this place so much we have booked again for next year.

A very well-appointed lodge in a great location. Clean, comfortable and perfect for family or friend group. We had great fun with the giant TV. Ideal for dogs. Great walking nearby.(Kippford Reserve dog friendly) Kippford and its 2 dog friendly pubs are only a ten minute walk. Easy jump in car to Dalbeattie for groceries and Castle Douglas a lovely place to potter.
