This place was a romantic gem on our honeymoon tour! The view from the place is stunning, and the location is perfectly situated in the landscape, close enough to walk to the center, but far enough from the concentrated areas of hotels. It was a true charming chalet experience. The kitchen is fully equipped to make your own meals, which is what we did. Rebecca was so warm and inviting, and Fritzly the cat was a lovely bonus! I much preferred staying in Wengen and having the option to visit Lauterbrunnen, Maennlichen, Grindelwald etc. Very accessible to the hiking trails. It was peaceful and romantic. Definitely recommend!

The location is incredible. Very close to the train station and amazing scenery. The apartment is very clean, nothing to say about it. It really feels like a ski chalet, and fits the ambiance of the city. The chocolates left on the bed were a very nice detail.

The host is very thoughtful, the place was equipped with anything you imagine you might need during the stay, from towels to kitchen utensils to spices. We were pleasantly surprised at the attention to detail of the host to provide an incredible accommodation experience for the guests. There is a bus stop about 5mins walking distance and the place is very easy to find. If you like to walk, it’s about a 20min walk downhill to the Wilderswil train station where you can take the direct trains to Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald and Shynige Platte. Highly convenient. There is also 2 grocery stores near this station. We truly loved our stay and have zero complaints. Thank you to the host!!

The place is amaizing and the view is like in fairy tales best view in Grindelwald. Interior is so warm and so beautiful and everything is clean and new. Deluxe room 21 is just woow. Manager is so helpful and nice and kind for sure we will be back 😊

Eiger Lodge location is perfect - 3 mins walk to the grindelwald main station - from where you can get to Jungfrau in 1.5 hrs. Since grindelwald offers free bus service for their guests, make sure to get your guest pass from the lodge, and you can visit the nearby gorge (a 20-30 min beautiful walk ). The breakfast is very homely and the staff is very accommodating and friendly. we needed a late checkin, and the instructions were very clear.

Very good communication from host, the chalet was beautiful looking, good location near bus stop and station, allowed us early checkin and that was very nice, shampoos were included, bug spray also, and host helped me a lot with a forgotten item
