Very clean, nice design, good location right by the beach in Wellawatte. The owners agreed to look after a couple of our bags for a whole month whilst we traveled around Sri Lanka, which was very kind of them.

Perfect place to stay if you want to be close to the airport or Colombo City and don't want to stay in Negombo or Colombo Centre itself; very clean, spacious and bright room; felt very secure; just across the railway to the beach; very friendly and helpful staff; their café does very good food for a very reasonable price as well. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice big and spacious room Very clean Just in front of the beach and nice restaurants, as well as the diving centre if you're interested in. Free coffee and tea and filtered water I appreciated so much Ethan, the Russian guy at the reception, very kind and helpful. :)

The location is great, seaview is amazing. The owner was very kind and helped us to check-in in the middle of the night. Big thanks for everything. The beach is 3 minutes away and very clean. There is also a grocery shop nearby and lot of restaurants in a walking distance. The Colombo Zoo is 20 minutes by feet. But quite expensive for the foreigners

VERY CLEAN< Comfortably large room with a great view and good variety of food .....Access to beach lounge and city tour in a comfy bus were excellent complimentary addons...overall excellent value for money ... One of the best hotels i have stayed .

Great view of the ocean, property, spacious, minute walk to beach, very well equipped and owner was very accomodating and efficient with everything requested and pool was very clean and great to have a cool swim.

Very clean. Close to beach. Quiet location. Easy walk to main road. Owner was very accommodating, very responsive and helpful. Security staff in the building are also very helpful.

The staff were extremely helpful and we received a free upgrade. The rooms were very clean, well maintained and was located on the beachfront with a 15 min walk to the centre.
