Everything! Staff, especially Kwan, were very nice and super helpful, lots of useful advice on Wats to visit. Bikes on site available for free. Good free breakfast with a few available options. Free water, coffee, tea. Lovely grounds, patio, hammocks. Great location in old Town close to the historical sites and restaurants.

There was so much to like about this property. The staff were extremely professional & helpful. The location of the property was within walking distance to the Ancient city. The bungalows were tastefully decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The gardens, grounds & pool were well maintained & neat. The pool had lots of sun beds. It was our favourite stay in Thailand. Highly recommended.

Large rooms , well designed with big veranda and outdoor seating. Beautiful garden and pool area. Selection of bikes for rent. Staff very attentive and friendly.

The location was ideally set at the Eastern edge of Old Sukhothai. The view from the front balcony on an evening during sunset was spectacular. The room was extremely clean and the bedding was fresh. The Owners could not be more accommodating. So friendly, warm and attentive. The breakfast was excellent and set me up for the rest of my day.

Warm, welcoming, happy friendly staff. Nice communal area to mix with other travellers. Cool view point with hammocks where you can watch the sunset. Sell food next door. Great balcony’s on the rooms where you can smoke or sit and look out at a view.

The welcome by the staff was wonderful- so polite and so welcoming. Location is very convenient to the Historical Park and many restaurant options. The Cottages are comfortable with a lovely little verandah to sit on and enjoy evening sundowners. The pool is a good size and a great option after a few hours in the Historical Park. While we didn’t use the bicycles, they were there for use by the Resort Patrons. The breakfast options are good; Thai, European and continental. We were last here in 2018 and will stay here again :)
