The location is perfect, just a 2-minute walk to Central Park, and surrounded by grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. What truly sets this place apart is the outstanding service. Every staff member we interacted with was professional, kind, and genuinely welcoming. A special thank you to Shawn, the bellboy, who greeted us every day with a smile and a kind word. His warm, positive energy made a lasting impression, he made us feel at home every time we returned to the hotel. Whether you're planning a short city break or a longer stay, I highly recommend this hotel. We will absolutely be coming back!

I loved that it's in a very quiet, safe area and close to everything. The room was great, very spacious and comfortable. I loved that there was room service every day and that they provided bottles of water every day (very useful if you plan to go out walking and sightseeing). In addition, the staff was always very friendly and attentive. I also loved that there were staff at the front desk and security at the entrance. I would love to return to this hotel when I go back to New York.
