C smile samed resort offers 3-star accommodation with a hot tub and terrace. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. They offer 5 sets of breakfast but I asked for a little extra sometime and they did it for me for free! Room is very clean. The private beach was very nice and quite and you can do kayaking for free. The seating indoor and beach area are available 24 hours too. Since the location was a bit far from the city center, the hotel offer you a bike rental for a cheaper price than from the renting shop as well. Highly recommended for people who prefer calmness than staying in tourist spots.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights at Samed Garden Resort and would highly reccomend staying here! We stayed in a 2nd story room, the room was much bigger than we expected with a beautiful view of the garden that felt like we were in a tree house. The room was emaculately clean. Some reviews say that the accomodation is "far away" from the rest of the town.. but we hired a scooter for the time we were here (we hired one for 280 baht a day and was a great way to see the rest of the island too) and it was only a 6 minute scooter ride to the main strip - I would not call this far away :) The owner is the loveliest person you could meet who went above and beyond to help us with any requests or questions we had. We loved our time at Samed Tamarind Beach Resort so very much - we had a villa with a sea view and it was just marvellous and peaceful. The villas are beautifully designed - with an especially luxurious bathroom! It was relaxing and heavenly. The staff were excellent, and always warm and they helped us with everything like taxis to the pier etc. The food was very good as well. Good breakfast! Samed Tamarind is tucked away in a quiet beautiful beach cove on the island - away from the hustle and bustle from the more popular beaches and shopping areas (all of which are easily accessible, however, should you want to explore, by walking or taxi). The hotel is also very well-equipped and prepared to repel mosquitos and insects and take great care doing so. Even if you aren’t carrying your own bug spray - they provide you with some in the room! You should carry it everywhere especially if you’re there during a wet season.

The rooms in The Cocoon Hostel are equipped with a flat-screen TV with cable channels and an iPad. After staying already in two different Hostels in Ko Samet I felt sorry for not moving to Cocoon earlier. I was very postively surprised by the first overall impression. I instantly felt a genuine atmosphere with hospitality. Good vibes. The Hostel had just opened and everything was new and set up for comfort. The owners (Nick and May) gave me a well and warmly welcome. I felt home instantly. Spacious and clean shower facilities and separated toilets. Enough space in the cozy lobby for socializing, watching the people passing by on the main street. An enjoyable extra were free coffee, tea and cereals all day. I really didn´t like to leave. But on a future trip to Ko Samet I will be staying at COCOON. Thank you Nick and May and all the best to you and the Cocoon.

They were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The holiday home provides a shared lounge. This was a super experience for sure. The house is a really good size and all 3 bedrooms were very comfortable. The location is super as you can walk to the pier or the beach easily. One evening the power had failed on our return to the house and even though it was after 10pm, our host got an electrician out to fix the issue. What a great service! There is nothing bad I can say about this house to be very honest, we were sorry we had not booked it for an extra night.
