We used their laundry service, and our clothes were returned clean within a few hours. We also rented a motorbike from them to explore some waterfalls along part of the loop, and everything worked perfectly. Lastly, we purchased tickets to Don Det through them, with pickup directly from the accommodation. Everything was punctual and convenient. We could have bicycles for free, I mean they not great but ok to get to Vat Phou. The restaurant is really good, Really enjoyed the food and luckily they had nice vegetarian options. Very helpful staff, organized our tickets to Don Det easily.

If you are looking for a place to relax during your travels, this is the perfect place to stay for at least several days if not a week or more. The sunrises are absolutely beautiful. Tanoi and Sander were wonderful hosts and always available if you needed anything. They also checked in to see how I was doing throughout the day, and we had good conversations about Laos history and other topics. The first night I was there was Tanoi's birthday, and all guests were invited to the dinner celebration. Room and bed were comfy. There was hot water in one of the shared bathrooms if needed.
