Location is spot on, close to town and Rock of Cashel. The room and facilities were more than expected, had access to a kitchen and a lounge if needed. Breakfast was great, more than ample and offered more if required. All in all one of the best traditional B&B's we've stayed in, shame we weren't there for longer. Alan & Lorraine
