The hotel is very nice and spacious, but it lacks some things to become like the rest of the group’s hotels, because I have visited several hotels for Jazz. The entire staff from reception to the cleaners, the luggage assistants, and the rooftop team were incredibly kind, respectful, and always smiling. They truly made me feel at home, like part of a family. The location is also perfect close to Zamalek, the Nile, restaurants, and cafés. I had the best experience and will definitely come back again. Seeing everyone’s smiles every morning was enough to make my day. Highly recommended!
