The large kitchen and dining facilities to cook and eat. Larger lockers to store larger items were available downstairs, and also available to those who had to check-out early but staying in the area could use the provided lockers. Staff were also very friendly :)

We stayed for 2 nights at Hotel Bernerhof, and it was a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Our room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. We had the added bonus of a lovely balcony where we could enjoy breathtaking sunrises between the mountains. The location couldn't be better—just a 1-minute walk to Interlaken Ost, and with supermarkets and restaurants within a 5-minute walking distance. It was the perfect base for exploring Interlaken. Highly recommended for a convenient and comfortable stay!

We only stayed for one night, but we were very satisfied. It was very clean. The kitchen equipment was complete. The wooden room’s decoration was very nice. We wish we could have stayed longer.

There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. The apartment provides lake views, a picnic area, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. This place is magical! The apartment is so gorgeous and had the most beautiful view of the lake, we didn’t wanted to leave haha. We even dine in a few nights because our view was better than some of the restaurants. It is a little bit tricky that you cannot leave your luggage or do an early check in if you are arriving early, but the option of renting a locker for 5CHF for 24hours was not bad at all. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time here; thanks for the perfect stay!
