The Heilthermen Resort Bad Waltersdorf is located in the Thermen- & Vulkanland in the East Styrian hill country, Eastern Styria’s hill country, 60 km from Graz. The property gave us a free room upgrade to a suite, which was amazing; beautiful modern room with a huge deck. the hotel-only spa area was amazing and very peaceful.

Also, there are a lot of free snacks, drinks and more already there for you in the apartment. There is air conditioning and fully functional which was great for the current temperatures. There is a huge place in front for parking the car and also a place to store your bike. The area is superb, some pretty steep hills, a great place for biking. Just two small suggestions that didn't affect me: if there were insect nets I would've open windows at night instead of using the AC, and second: the splash from the shower goes out in the bathroom floor, maybe a different door would avoid this. I will definetely come back here when I'll visit the area. Vielen dank.

The guesthouse is in a quiet location between the HeilThermen and the village centre; there is a small railway close by but it didn't disturb us at all. The room was large and comfortable, as it looked in the photos, and had a small balcony facing the fields which was nice. Drying racks inside and out on the balcony were appreciated. Breakfast was great with everything you could want. The owners remembered we like hot milk with our coffee and made sure it was on the table each day without us having to ask for it which was nice. They were very helpful with advice on what to do and which restaurants were good.

The personal was so kind and adorable. They were always helpfull. The hotel is well located with a wonderful view on the valley and the room was so confortable and huge (duplex). The restaurant's chef was also a great master as the food was so good and tasty. I just love the Zanderfillet and the salzburger nockerl. Big thanks. I really enjoyed our stay in this hotel, it feels like you're part of the house.

Het door een familie beheerde 4-sterrenhotel Naturhotel Bauernhofer ligt op een rustige locatie op 132 meter boven de zeespiegel in Brandlucken, midden in het natuurpark Almenland. The property was amazing and the staff went above and beyond. The Pools and saunas were great and we had fantastic massages. The food was incredible.
