What can we say about Mahi Mahi? We will never forget the four beautiful days and nights we spent there. Perfect, peaceful location, away from the crowds. Near the village, where you can go around exploring on foot (do it & support the local community!!) Stunning view of the ocean, delicious food, abundant breakfast and very good choices for lunch or dinner - prices of the restaurant more expensive than what you find in local restaurants nearby but still quite affordable. All of the dishes delicious - congratulations to the chef, who btw took the time to come and meet us :) I tried the "chef's special" everyday during breakfast :). Clean, spacious rooms, you wake up and sleep hearing the sound of the sea. Now THAT is a memory to hold on to during winter. Amazing service - thank you Sifa, Skola (special thanks for the on-the-go Swahili lessons to my wife) Justin, Ilias, and I'm SO sorry I forget the names of all the other nice people that made our stay so wonderful, we thank you all! To the owners: keep it real, thank you for everything. We have now moved to another place of the island and can feel the difference in quality! We hope to see you again soon 🤗🤗 Achilles & Vanessa

We liked the warm welcome from the hosts and staff. The property is not on the beach but access is easy by walking through the village. The property restaurant is managed by an Italian chef, the food is excellent. It’s next level to what we find in the area. We had diner for the four nights of our stay!. Jambiani is a nice quiet beach.

We stayed at the room closest to the sea and it was a blast! The Mango Beach House is the nicest place in Jambiani. You have a fantastic view on the sunrise, the food is fantastic. I loved the swahili eggplant dish!

A beautiful place second time staying here! Truly relaxing stay in a lovely area. We loved the food and drinks available and the pool area is perfect, just a few steps away from the rooms. The best thing about this place is the staff, they are so accomadating, friendly with positive energy. Monica as always you are a ray of sunshine and thanks so much to Mary who took us to see the local school upon request. Thanks also to Elizabeth for showing us round and being so friendly and all the bar staff who made our favourite drinks! Nothing is too much to ask and the organisation of excursions was great. Here you taste an incredible sweetness of life, it's like being at home, feet in the sand and the sublime changing colors of the Indian Ocean in front of you for scenery… This place at human scale offers 6 pretty rooms, spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean, arranged under the shade of two high trees. Stefania, an amazing woman coming from Italy who has invested herself a lot during 15 years in creating and growing this little paradise, manages everything with care, love and a beautiful spirit (the one i love, anyway), her mom by her side now. All the staff is charming, always smiling and caring. Nothing but happiness. The restaurant is very good and varied, and the breakfast, generous, is so delicious !! At the end of the day, the beach becomes very lively, with happy kids, graceful girls, warm families from the village… I definitely didn't want to leave Bahari Bungalows. @Stefania : i would « only » come back for your mango-coconut milk shakes 😄 A deep thanks for allXXX
