very nice neighborhood and a clean hotel. The owners were nice and supportive. They were constantly asking if we needed something in the room. They were also asking about providing some help for getting taxis and other things at a price that locals are only aware of. I totally recommend it.

Everything went great! The staff was super nice and helpful, and to be honest, that's the main reason we had such a great time in this hotel. They care about every guest personally. The room was cleaned every day, and we had coffee, tea, and water for free. The location was very good, 5 minutes away from the Grand Bazar, so all the important places were around us. Best value for money that we found in Istanbul.

My mom and I recently stayed at the White Palace Hotel in Istanbul, and we had an absolutely amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. Our room was spotless and impeccably cleaned every day, which added to the comfort of our stay. The hospitality was unmatched—every time we returned to the hotel, we were greeted with the kind gesture of being offered hot beverages, which felt so thoughtful and inviting. The typical Turkish breakfast was a highlight of our mornings. It was delicious, made with fresh and high-quality ingredients, and offered a variety of options that we looked forward to every day. The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, with both the metro and tram stations nearby, making it easy to get around. Moreover, many of Istanbul’s iconic tourist attractions are within walking distance, which saved us time and allowed us to explore the city at our own pace. The terrace was another wonderful feature of the hotel. Even though we visited in winter, it was clear how beautiful it would be in the summer. I can only imagine enjoying the stunning views while sipping tea on a warm evening. Overall, we were delighted with our stay at White Palace Hotel, and we’re already looking forward to returning. If you’re visiting Istanbul, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, cleanliness, and unbeatable hospitality! Thanks Adnan for the hospitality.
