United StatesI will start by saying, everything was superb. The staff was great, from the welcome team to the wait staff, bartenders, housekeeping, tour desk, security and the event staff(Smiley, Coco, Tishane, and Chikoca). Unfortunately, I cannot remember everyone's name, the hostess at the Fire and Ice was wonderful. The food was awesome! Wait staff were very accommodating. The pool was great, having a bar there was nice. The special nights were great as well.
