This was the best thing for our mental health and our marriage. So relaxing and private and quiet with the sounds of nature and bird song. Loved not hearing traffic and really feeling that difference between city and country. We enjoyed all the extra touches like the marshmallows and the hot water bottles. The outdoor bath was huge and incredible! It was awesome to be able to cook for ourselves and that fireplace was the best. The hosts were so friendly and informative and this was our best experience yet. Thank you so much

It was a wonderful B&B! The room and bed very comfy, clean, lots of space. The hosts are very friendly. It was lovely to come back in the evening and have a cup of tea in the living room, sharing stories. But it would have been equally fine to stay in my room. I enjoyed to do the first, having spent enough time on my own. The breakfast was spectacular and a great start of the day.

We had a wonderful two-night stay here and were impressed by how convenient and welcoming everything was. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Rotorua, close to shops, attractions, and dining, yet quiet and peaceful at night. The room was spotless, spacious, and had all the essentials we needed, including a well-equipped kitchenette which made it easy to prepare small meals or enjoy a hot drink. A thoughtful touch was receiving a bottle of milk at check-in for a cuppa after a long drive. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Parking was easy, and check-in was smooth and efficient. This is a great base for exploring Rotorua and relaxing in between adventures. We would definitely stay here again if we're back in Rotorua in the future.
