The apartment itself is super spaceous, simply yet practically arranged and very clean. And the bed is nice and comfortable. It has in my eyes an amazing location. You are off the busy areas in a relatively quiet neighbourhood with still some bars and restaurants close by. If you are a light sleeper, preferably bring some earplugs though. The street can get a bit noisy in the morning, but nothing crazy. Bus connections are all right, but just a couple of minutes away is the ferry terminal which is a massive advantage. By taking a ferry you can be in Valletta within just a couple of minutes. The communication with the landlord was really pleasant. Since the check in/out is in self-service, we exchanged acouple of messages. He made sure that i did not have any issues with the check in and even checked if everything was all right during the stay.

Quiet place, location was amazing, close to the bus station. The apartment was super clean, the sheets smelled of fresh laundry, we washed our clothes as there was a washing machine so we didn’t bring dirty clothes back home. The little balcony was super convenient for the night, we had our dinner there many times. Overall super happy with the stay! I recommend!

We really appreciated the host’s kindness and attentiveness — he provided all the necessary information in advance and gave great local tips on where to eat and what to see. The apartment felt cosy and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. While the space looked slightly larger in the photos, it was still very pleasant and comfortable.

I recently stayed in a flat in Senglea, Malta, and it was the perfect summer accommodation. The flat was incredibly spacious and very well equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the lovely sunroof terrace, which offered a stunning panoramic view of the Grand Harbour and Valletta – absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunset. The terrace also featured a BBQ, which made for some great summer evenings dining outdoors. The location in Senglea was peaceful yet well-connected, with easy access to local restaurants, shops, and ferry transport. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay – ideal for anyone looking to enjoy Malta in comfort, with unforgettable views and a touch of local charm.

The apartment was very clean. Every day the staff cleaned the apartment and changed the towels. They checked whether we were satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment. They are very approachable, kind and ready for any kind of help. The view from the top of the building was perfect. The only pity is that the exit is locked after noon, so we could not enjoy the night view. I especially want to praise that the staff met us on the last day after check out and allowed us to use the toilet, shower and pool, which meant a lot to us because we had a late flight back home. Thank you very much for everything, you are wonderful, we will gladly come back again!

Very nice spacious modern apt. Full of kitchen appliances, ideal for a family & long-term guests. The washer was definitely a plus for us. The location was centric, close to good restaurants. However, it is at the same time a very quiet residential area.

Superb renovation , in every way . Eric and Michael are great hoteliers, welcoming, accommodating etc etc . Housekeeping excellent , spotlessly clean. Lovely breakfast (especially the poached eggs !) Very quiet location but with many restaurants within a 5 minute walk .

Sensational location with views over the whole of Grand Harbour towards Valletta from three large floor to ceiling windows, one with a balcony. Spacious, well serviced and comfortable and ideally placed for the vibrant restaurant life on the waterfront below but sufficiently above it to not be disturbed by any noise. Hire car parking usually available except during busy evenings - we had no problems.

The location, on the quainter and quieter side of the city, suited us well - we were shocked at how touristy the far side of town was, and how overwhelmed the peninsula of Valletta got when the cruise ships pulled in. The owners and their staff were simply superb in all ways: helpful, friendly, and simply wonderful. Every detail was attended to that we could see, from spotless facilities to tips on getting around. We both would highly recommend staying here.
