We would like to express our deepest gratitude to the staff for their warm welcome and exceptional service. The location was perfect, offering stunning views from the terrace where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning. The room was immaculate and provided all the comfort needed for a pleasant stay. Our children also loved the pool, which added a special touch to our experience. Overall, everything was perfect, and we are grateful for this memorable experience.

The riad is amazing. It is more beautiful than it looks like on the pictures , very clean and quite . The room was very beautiful , super clean and has all facilities. The host, Mariam, was amazing , kind and very helpful .she arranged guided tour of the old city , taxi for the airport and even recommended very good restaurants . Breakfast was delicious. thank you for your hospitality I definitely recommend it

The decoration is gorgeous . Although the space in the room is a little small , it does not affect the experience . The staff was great . We arrived late , but he was not impatient at all , and provided hot water for us to cook . During breakfast , the host came specially to care about our situation . These people are very kind and friendly.

We enjoyed our stay in riada. Staff was trying their best to make us feel comfortable. Breakfast was good. Possible to get tea at any time. Location perfect for visiting Fes. On our visit of Morocco we stayed in different places and ridas and would rate this one as the best price/performance.

We stayed in many Riads in our trip in Morocco, but Riad Farah stands out for 3 main factors: the breakfast, which is delicious; the localization, very close to the Blue Gate and perfect to explore the Medina of Fes; and the staff, specially Ahmed, who helped and guided us during our stay with information about the city, tours and much more. I would definitely come back to Riad Farah!

Our stay here was absolutely fantastic. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made sure every detail was perfect. We had a delicious dinner with a flavorful tagine, fresh vegetable couscous, and a perfectly made pastilla. The server was very polite, and his warm smile made the atmosphere even more welcoming. The place is cozy and peaceful, and the food was served quickly and with great quality. They also arranged a fun and memorable desert tour for us. Highly recommend!

This was by far the best place we stayed during our trip in Marocco. The Riad is a beautiful hidden gem inside the medina of Fez. It just opened so everything is new. The rooms are so beautiful with Maroccan furnture, lamps, mosaic tiles. You can go to the rooftop and have wonderful views over Fez. Very nice breakfast and kind staff. You can even take a dip in the inside pool. This place is AMAZING!

Wow — I had the most amazing time at Fes Penthouse. From the second I walked in, everything felt so welcoming and special. My room was super cozy and spotless, and I seriously didn’t want to leave the bed — it was that comfy. The food? 10/10. . The Host are Absolute gems. They were so kind and made everything so easy for me. Fes Penthouse exemplifies what it means to offer a superior guest experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend it to discerning travelers seeking both luxury and hospitality at its finest most importantly making you feel like your own home. The breakfast was exceptional, the fact that we could experience a traditional Fez Moroccan breakfast. The host ensured that we have a good breakfast and informed me on the time as well. Where I could you not have breakfast the host was accommodating in providing Dinner instead. While I was away on the excursion, the host made sure dinner was placed in my room when I arrived. The host Abdul Aziz was in constant contact all the time treating you as a family member who is part of his home. When we wanted a late snack around 9pm he took our fellow residents who stayed in his home out on a getting some real Fez food at his own cost. This is what made us feel like home and would definitely come back again when I can. Loved every minute at Fes PENTHOUSE! Spotless rooms, delicious food, world class host. One of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. 10/10 would stay again! The host has made our stay exceed our expectations in every way possible.

The staff was super friendly and spoke English very well. They also have a cool cafe downstairs where they serve Moroccan dishes with a modern twist. Very affordable prices. The rooms were good and very clean, but don't expect anything fancy. The location was also very good, it's not right in the Medina itself, but right next to the main entrance gate (which means that it's accessible by car).

This Riad is located in an amazing central location, I arrived late but Aziz picked me up from the blue gate , he made me feel at home in this beautiful gem . The breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. He booked a full day guided tour ( Rachid )for me and also suggested where I can eat ( delicious food and cheap) . The bed was comfy and the room wad very clean and spacious . There is a nice view from the roof top to the old city not to miss

Great location in the heart of old medina. Most helpful staff you could wish for, Reda improved our first impression of Fez, made us wellcome mint tea, and made great reccomendations for restaurant and spots to visit, even helped us with printing boarding passrs and organizing cheaper transport to airport then usual, always smiling and available to talk about anything, he was trully the highlight of our trip to Fes. Good rooms with nice details, very clean and mainteined daily, very comfortable beds. Highly reccomended.
