We were warmly welcomed and surprised by location, villa, atmosphere, staff, ocean. A very private, elegant & cosy hideaway, Indian Ocean quite in front our room, great breakfast was served, the staff took care of all our wishes, we also loved to visit the owners restaurant nearby, tasting all the fresh seafood. The owner speaks Italian & English. What a pity that our stay was so short. This accommodation is a good reason to come back and stay longer.

The property is very well presented with large bedroom & bathroom & terrace - the breakfast was served just outside our room. The swimming was excellent and well maintained and warm. The staff were very welcoming and worked hard to keep us all happy. The beach was a 5 min walk and is stunning - very natural and untouched. The wifi worked in the whole of the hotel.

The beach near this hotel is very beautiful and there's nobody there so you can feel like on an uninhabited island. The hotel and it's area is very pretty and clean. I stayed there for my first 2 nights and it was the best choice. Hotel just after the renovation, big and clean rooms. The hospitality of the owners is amazing. 5 min walk distance to the beach (no people only palm trees - like in paradise). You have to try food because it's a very good one. Good vibe of the place.

This place is paradise. Only a few bungalows, that are beautiful and super confortable. We loved the outdoor bathroom. The overall place is amazing with a huge swimming pool, a beautiful garden in the middle of the mangroves. Many birds and animals to see. The food was very good, and the whole family is super welcoming. We also recommend the boat tour they propose.

Amazing! We had several hotels, apartments in Sri Lanka but this was the best. We felt great there the location is amazing, right on the beutiful beach. There were some waves but you can swim or you can use a nice pool as well. The staff was so kind and helpful. The breakfast was great they brought a table for us and we had it in front of our room in the garden while listening the sounds of the ocean. There were shops, pharmacy, restaurants nearby. Looking forward to be there next time.

The location of the property was perfect, just set back from an uncrowded beach at the edge of the non touristy town of Balapityia. I stayed in the garden bungalow which had had a recent addition of a veranda , making a perfect shady spot to chill and read. The staff made the ‘property ‘ though. All so caring . I was ill whilst there and they took me to the Doctors and then cooked food that I was able to eat and checked on me through the days - I was so well looked after.

Really nice house for a very good price. Everything is new and very clean. The staff is very friendly. Would really recommend. The location is very good as well as the pool is very clean and we had the beach for ourselves.
