Accommodation in a beautiful Ottoman house just a few steps from Hammam Street and the city center. Khaldoun was very nice, accommodating and prepared a great breakfast. Breakfast in the hotel's beautiful cafe was really excellent.

I usually spend way too much time reading reviews before booking, and the ones I saw for Kaya Hotel seemed good enough to take a chance and I’m so glad I did! We stayed at a room in the 4th floor of the hotel. The room was great, with a big balcony (though i am not sure the floors below have such a balcony). It was very clean and so was the rest of the hotel. Breakfast was fine (not something special, but pretty good). Based on my experience there, I would choose it again for another stay. Definitely value for money.

Great value for money in a nice calm area. Uber works great from here and it’s in reach of all the sites in the city. Check in was smooth and easy with a cheap airport transfer organised by our host. Good coffee and restaurants around. Ideal home base with good wifi and clean facilities. We hope to stay again when we return to Amman.
