The place is quite and peaceful and it is fully equipped with everything you need. I really liked the style of the apartment, including the furniture and paintings. The staff is simply amazing. I had the pleasure to meet the owner of the place and Mrs Veronica. they were so lovely and available to meet all my requests. The breakfast was an additional plus. The house is beautiful, immaculate, clean and modernised (with taste and character). Its not far from the centre of Modena, but its green and pretty - especially the well kept garden. We used it as a base to drive to Modena, Bologna and Parma, all very easy. The host was welcoming, helpful and recommended some great local restaurants. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Our room was huge, with a delightful morning view, bathroom was exceptional, as were our friends room next door. We would recommend and intend to return.

Large apartment and bathroom. There were towels, mini cosmetics and even sets with a toothbrush and cotton pads waiting for us. The included breakfast at the owner's brother's place was very tasty. I highly recommend it.
