Really convenient location on the Main Street, parking in front. Lovely friendly owner who really made me feel looked after.

Absolutely loved our stay at The Canal Glamping! The room was cozy and clean and quiet, with a lovely view. The staff were super friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed, they even had a gas BBQ ready for us. The location was perfect for exploring Roscommon and Westmeath. Highly recommend for a comfortable and relaxing stay!

Great location nice and peaceful my grandson loved thst he could fish right outside the front of the house and we enjoyed sitting there looking at the water and the ducks. Every day weather was beautiful when we stayed

April 2024. Beautiful location. Exceptionally clean. Stylish conversion. Every comfort provided - well equipped kitchen, comfortable seating and beds, central heating plus solid fuel burners. Information provided on how everything worked. One small issue arose which was dealt with by the owner immediately. Lots of parking. Stayed in many UK and Eire self catering properties over the years. Definitely in top three.

Lovely staff, room, well appointed. As it's an old classic hotel it has some narrow hallways and other charming features. The dining room is fresh and bright. Hot breakfast choices were varied, along with fresh fruit salad, kiwis, scones. Etc
