The hostel is in the middle of nature, super close to the river where you can have a nice swim and with stunning surroundings. I love the fact that the only way to get here is by walking, makes you connect with nature the minute you arrive. You can have an hour easy walk to Semuc Champey or use their tour. I went on my own and it was a great walk. The staff is really accomodating, helpful and friendly. Shout out to Daniele and Daniele for being very welcoming.

This is a very nice location to stay to visit Lanquin and Semuc Champey. The host of the hotel is very nice and does evreything to make your stay comfortable. Altough our spanisch is very bad we maneged to get evrything done what we needed. Thank you very much for all the help.

The staff all spoke English and were constantly joking around - super friendly! The property is beautiful and quiet. Rooms are private and clean. Restaurant food is good and inexpensive. Staff is very helpful with booking tours/buses.

The swimming pool and view from the pool is great. The staff is very friendly, organized a nice hike for us and served very good piña colada’s. They also provided a good day trip to semuc champey and good shuttle service to Flores.

Locacion of hotel is next to the river and so incredible. Entrance to the park of semuc chameey and cave are just few steps from the hotel. The landscape of the hotel area is amazing. Including is also pool ,huge garden area and friendly staff especially Araceli ;) Muchas gracias y asta luego!

Really beautiful mountain setting. The people who worked at Vista Verde were super friendly, the cats were amazing, the poofs in the common room really comfy and the location is very convenient too. It really started to feel like home!

Highly recommend to stay at this beautiful, cosy place in Lanquin. Maria and her family are so welcoming and they really make you feel at home. They also run a small restaurant where Olga cooks the best meals. They also helped us book transport to our next destination as well as a tour to Semuc Champey.

Nice tropical vibe hotel! The staffs (Freddy and Otto) was really nice and helpful. We saw the comment about the music is too loud in the night, actually we were not disturbed by the music in the night at all. They got a bar there, their Piña Colada is delicious!! Went on their tour to Semuc Champey. We had lots of fun. Shuttle bus service, price was reasonable and good.
