Our stay at Elia Guest House was an absolute delight. Right from our arrival, Ilona, the incredibly warm host, embraced us like long-lost friends, instantly making us feel cherished and welcome. The meticulous attention she poured into every facet of the guest house created an environment that was inviting and comfortable. Notably, the guest house was flawlessly maintained and adorned with charming decor that fostered a homely atmosphere. Ilona's unwavering dedication to ensuring our convenience was remarkable, as she anticipated and provided for our every need. Her thoughtful suggestions led us to explore the nearby beaches, including Possidi Beach, which although stony at first, unveiled its hidden treasure of fine sand just a few steps into the crystal-clear water. Elia Guest House's strategic location, despite the stony nature of the nearest beach, allowed us to appreciate the pristine beauty of the area's coastline. Ilona's heartfelt hospitality truly transformed the guest house into a genuine home away from home. The food was very good. A rich selection of different dishes. I liked that the hotel tries to ensure that the guests follow the dress code. That's why most of the guests were decently dressed and you felt comfortable while eating. The beach was OK, a bit crowded for my taste, but you could use the empty beach next door in front of the non-functional Atos hotel. The beach was sandy with a gradual entrance to the sea. This is good for families with children. The beaches around the hotel are among the best in the area with significantly fewer people than further along the coast towards Pefkohori. The hotel has several swimming pools, including an indoor pool and a gym. The room (suite) was OK, I thought the mattresses were a little lower quality. The air conditioning was of good quality, there was no problem even if it was very hot. The room was equipped with a refrigerator and a small corner for storing drinks or food. But I couldn't find a beer opener, which should not happen in a 5 star hotel.. From the room it was possible to go directly to the pool through the terrace. The terrace was well situated, It was always in pleasant shade. The hotel staff were friendly, I had no problem. He even extended my check out by 1 hour, since my flight was late in the evening and I was with my little daughter.

Excellent value for money! Fantastic location, well maintained and clean swimming area, very clean hotel in general. The Staff is amazing, very friendly and speaks great english, so no problem with communication (which is the case even in luxury hotels). They even gave me their private office to use for my online meeting (when already checked-out)!:) The bathroom is small, but clean and they are about to renovate all of them soon, so the shower is more comfortable for use. Thank you Samel team!

The owner - 100/10, Babis is always glad to help you or to answer your questions. It was really nice to have warm conversations with him in the evenings. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were cleaned EVERY day and towels changed every day as well. Breakfast - delicious and nutricious 10/10, everyone could find something they would like. All electric devices were working with no problems, big fridge, good wifi, hot water, nice terracce and comfortable beds. Location is very good - you can easily find the hotel and the beach is not that far. you can get there by car in 5 minutes, or by foot in 15. Also very silent at night, nothing bothered our sleep. A lot of parking spots for those travelling by cars

This was our second time staying at Villa Maria, and once again, everything was absolutely perfect! 🏖️ The host is very kind, polite, and welcoming, always ready to help. He even gave us an upgrade to a better apartment — we are so thankful for that! He’s also very understanding and flexible — whenever possible, he goes the extra mile to help. For example, this time we needed to check in earlier, and he kindly arranged it without any problem. The whole place is clean and well-maintained, with white, fresh linens and towels, comfortable beds, and always hot water. You can really feel that the owners are constantly improving the place and care about their guests’ comfort. Each apartment has its own sun loungers on the grassy yard, and you can take them with you to the beach, which is just a few steps away — you literally go down a short path and you’re right there by the sea. 🌊 We highly recommend Villa Maria to anyone looking for a peaceful and cozy place by the sea. Thank you so much — we’ll definitely be coming back again! 🙏💙
