The apartment is very modern, clean and equipped with everything you need. It has a bedroom, a bathroom, an open-plan kitchen and living room and two good size balconies all finished to a high standard and a very good taste. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, oven and stove top (all electric) a Nespresso machine and mugs, plates, glasses, wine glasses, cutlery pots and pans, basically everything you need. It’s a 15 minute walk from the local beach and downtown so parking is not a problem. You can park on the street easily or at the property. There are many supermarkets nearby too. The host is very thoughtful and attentive. There was olive oil, coffee, sugar, tea, jam, honey, Nutella, toasted bread and also a bottle of wine and cold water in the fridge waiting for us, which is a really nice touch. The host was very easy to communicate with, she always responded immediately and gave us very good recommendations for the best beaches and tavernas around. We’d love to come back here again ❤️

This is a beautiful apartment, very well designed and decorated. The bedroom was large, the bed very comfortable and there was plenty of storage space. The bathroom was a very good size and exceptionally clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The apartment is very close to the centre, with a free car park nearby. Foteini was very helpful and responsive, obviously wanting guests to have the best experience in the apartment and Ierapetra. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

We loved everything. The owners are really wonderful people. It's the first time we had such a good apartment and welcoming. All is done to our pleasure (many things inside the fridge, wonderful cakes, appetizer drink, the kitchen is really well equipped even better than at home. If you have any questions or problems, they do theirs best to make sure you get satisfied. The conditioner in the living room didn't work, but 2 hours later, they managed to change it even if it appended during the weekend. You can park just in front in a quiet street. The seaside resort is really nice with nice little beaches, good restaurants at less than 5 mn walking. This seaside resort is much more authentic than Agios Nicolaos, with local tourists. I do recommend this place and apartment closed eyes.

They’re the kind of hosts who make you feel welcome the second you arrive – warm, open, and genuinely kind. “Evenos” itself is full of authentic Cretan charm, with details everywhere that you just keep noticing. It’s equipped with everything you could possibly need – and more. Ierapetra and the beaches are only a short drive away. The last bit of the road to Evenos is pure Crete – slow and winding – but easy enough even for a Fiat Panda, and completely worth it for this spot. I’ve been coming to Crete for 35 years and spent more than two years of my life here. I’ve seen so many beautiful places… but this one is truly special. Thank you, Doris, Janis and Meli for an unforgettable week. You’re simply the best!

perfect apartment for getting around the city, even walking. free parking place directly in front of the flat. The host like the extra mile, welcomed us with a bottle of wine and a basket of fresh fruit. He even brought us fresh eggs from his farm! Windows with acustic isolation, shutters and even mosquito nets. Sparkling clean, shower works perfectly. The washing machine is an added point. The bed is a bit noisy and could be improved, but we anyway slept like babies. Definitely a place to visit again!

We had a very pleasant stay with family in this comfortable and cosy apartment. Very clean, equipped with everything you may need during your stay. Excellent air condition, comfortable beds, nice kitchen and bathroom. Even shampoo, natural soap and welcome presents were provided. The hostess was very kind and let us stay a little bit longer, as our baby needed to sleep a little bit. We are very happy that we stayed here in Ierapetra. Excellent location. Welcoming hostess.
