An outstanding village pub that serves excellent, uncomplicated but imaginative food and obviously appeals to locals and visitors alike.. The garden was beautiful and everything about the place was immaculately presented. The interior design and makeover was thoughtful and in keeping with the original building. The coffee shop outside the front door was a really nice touch - full of dog walkers in the morning. Breakfast was the best I have had in the UK and the vegetarian food options were fantastic.

Location of the Vineyard Hotel was perfect to enjoy tours at the Vineyard. Rooms were a good size and well looked after. We stayed for our honeymoon after getting married the day before, the staff were excellent in acknowledging this and went out of their way to ensure we had a special time there.

A wonderful stay :-) We have taken home a sweet memory of our time at Robin’s house. His attention to every detail, his recommendations, and his cooking made for a very special few days. His cuisine is excellent—breakfast on the terrace surrounded by nature with a delicious and complete English breakfast to start the day, and a delightful dinner with home-grown ingredients by candlelight left us impressed. Lovely house in a nice and stylish neigbourhood. David is a wonderful and helpful host. The continental breakfast is excellent, with fresh fruit salade and all. Little cute dog Alfie is the security guard of the house 😉. We had a very agrreeable stay ( 2 nights). We intend to go back next time we visit London.
