I want to say a big thank you to Maria, they were very pleased for the hospitality and small gifts for the children. I recommend everyone to stay in this apartment and we really enjoyed it. The main advantages are: 1) cleanliness and new renovation 2) proximity to the sea 3 minutes walk and excellent beach 3) there are many delicious restaurants nearby, such as Lysia, and shops 4) a wonderful landlady!

The apartment was extremely spacious (high ceiling was an overlooked "bonus") and tidy. The area is indeed still under construction, but since I was away for most of the day, I wasn't bothered by it, as the evenings were calm and quiet, apart from the cicada noises. Another big bonus for me was the kitchen, as it had almost everything to cook a nice meal.

Fast communication from host, easy to find key in lockbox next to door. House was outstanding!!! He left some extra snacks and water too which was appreciated after a long travel. House was bigger than I thought. I didn't even use the 2nd bedroom or 2nd bathroom lol. Kitchen bathrooms etc well setup and washing machine were sp useful and balcony with the swing - so nice! Felt instantly at home. He set up a large, good quality baby cot too so my daughter could sleep straight away. (And it was comfy! She stayed in her cot all night!) Utterly beautiful house inside and out. The area around it is up and coming with tomorrowland etc construction. It'll be even better when that beach front area is finished. Oh also important for summer! The house had incredible air conditioning in each room. Loved our stay!!

Great apartment with all necessities and utensils, I loved the kitchen with fridge, microwave and a stove - super convenient! The room was clean and comfy as well. The location was great as well, super close to the beach, a few stores just next door, bus stop near bye. The staff was very friendly and helpful - I totally forgot to take a travel adapter with me, and they gave one to me even without me mentioning it.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation! The apartment was fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We had an amazing stay at Joanna’s warm and cozy home. Nestled among trees in the quiet town of Oroklini, we discovered a truly charming place. Just a 5-minute walk from the sea, near the Radisson Beach Hotel, the house is spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen perfect for shared cooking and a large common area ideal for a big family. There are two bathrooms, and the beds were very comfortable. There’s a supermarket and two cafés nearby. Joanna was always available to us via text for anything we needed, responding quickly and always with kindness and positivity. We highly recommend this place and would be happy to come back again.
