The Staff are exceptional. Marcel and Kennia were absolutely outstanding. The slogan "where luxury rums wild" hits the nail on the head. Such a fantastic resort. Many animals to see. The resort is placed im the middle of creeks, nature. The gym has everything you can wish for. The food is divine. The beach is nice, we took long walks there. The boat transfers is about a 5 minute ride

The main reason we chose the place wasfor the wild animals, remote place away from the city and tranquility. This is not a luxury suite but a very rustic one. The hosts were very nice and willing to accomodate every request, helping with tours recommendations and any other request.

We had a wonderful time at Maze Lodge in the middle of the jungle! Sure the road is a little bumpy but nothing a 4x4 car (we had a Suzuki Jimny) can't handle...a little adventure ride for free :) We want to thank our hosts Frida and Alexander so much for hospitality and their support! The apartment was really nice, everything is very new and clean, kitchen has everything you need and there’s even a laundry room! The host is so nice, he let us park our car at his moms house across the street, welcomed us with a bottle of wine and when we left for our overnight trip to the Corcovado national park, he let us store our luggage for free! Thanks for this amazing experience :)

Very friendly and helpful hosts. Great location, within short walking distance to the shops and restaurants, but still surrounded by wildlife. We had macaws, iguanas, squirrels on the trees, next to our balcony. We stayed in the upstairs rancho. Beautiful room, very clean. Amazing experience

The staff were all very lovely and helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable with a fan and equipped kitchen and the location is very close to the bus station and bakery meeting point for tours! They even looked after our bags for us while we were in the park. All for a great price. I would happily stay here again!

Very clean Hosts helpful Strong wifi Shared kitchen with coffee Location in neighborhood of restaurants and bus station. Hint for trip to La Palma and Drake bay: Taxi / colectivo from Puerto jimenez , at the corner of the shop "El regalon" to La Palma. Then bus from La Palma to Drake Bay leaves la Palma at 11:30. The bus from Puerto jimenez to La Palma is not suitable, as it leaves only at 11am (not 9:30).
