I believe that even when you decide to go far from home and want a bit of a change from the everyday, you still want the comfort and warmth of home. That's exactly what my friend and I felt. The two hosts made us feel so welcome, we immediately felt like members of the family. Always available if we needed anything and super open to talk to us/recommend things. Their story with Montague Rose Inn is very inspiring, the place is beautiful and perfectly located. We hadn't even left that we wanted to book to come back during the summer. Great location, and a good price for St. Andrews. Staff was flexible with the check in hours, even beyond what was mentioned in their policy. Parking right in front of the door Quite spacious Extra bonus points: we forgot a stuffed animal in the room, and they were so kind to mail it back (internationally) to us!
