Had the best stay here over New Year’s Eve for 3 nights. The location is excellent, has the best panoramic views. The gondola up doesn’t start until 8:30 so you can easily get first tracks in mornings. Good breakfast Buffet. A few options for dinner, I loved the goulash soup and my son loved the Schnitzel. The staff was absolutely incredible. So friendly. Like they knew you for years. Michelle the host was awesome. Dirk was also amazing. They were always so helpful. He brought our luggage in a ski doo up to top of gondola when we left. I would spend every New Year’s Eve here if I could. They did a 5 course dinner which was awesome. There was a lovely bonfire. Dancing. And views of the most incredible fireworks. 10/10.

A old disgusting lady harassed my mother to leave the apartment immediately even though we got a message that she can leave whenever she wants since there was no one renting this place. Discussing people treating a human like that they yelled at her and gave her 5 min to pack her stuff apparently because of her dogs which is absolutely unacceptable since this place mentioned animals are welcome absolutely not recommended

Hotel Gamshof offers breakfast and a sauna The head receptionist is exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable about Kitzbühel and what goes on in and around the town. I especially enjoyed his impassioned talk about the famed Hahnenkamm race. Record speed 153 km/h 😱😱😱 He even gave me a 40€ refund for bumping my room down from a double to a single with a balcony. Loved the view from the balcony Location is within walking distance from the ski lifts and even closer to a ski bus stop. Everywhere else one needs to get to is close as well.

Good location to ski areas. Owners are a lovely family. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. Previous reviews mentioned trouble getting around without a car. We had minimal trouble navigating with the buses. Also 2 fabulous restaurants within a block made it not necessary to go into Kitzbuhel every night.

Gastehaus Johanna was charming, very clean, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. We loved the easy access to town, to a grocery store and restaurants, and to the ski bus and cable cars to the mountains. All very walkable. We signed up for the breakfasts each day: bread, cereals, yogurt, assorted beverages - very easy and tasty. We loved playing cards in the breakfast rooms in the evenings and having tea or hot chocolate. I would highly recommend this place!
