The apartment looks exactly like the photos—beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable. The location is excellent. Customer Service was outstanding; they were very patient with us despite our flight delay. Accessing the building and apartment with a code made things so much easier during the uncertainty of our arrival. Can be paid with credit card.

I had a great experience in Che Juan Hostel. It was recommended to me by a fellow traveler in Santiago in Chile and this place exceeded my expectations. When you enter the hostel there is a beautiful old stairs with decorations on the walls. When you reach the reception you are being welcomed by an English speaking, competent en very friendly staff. Laundry was very affordable as wel. When you come in the room there are very comfy beds with curtains and big lockers for your luggage. There is always a staff member dedicated to cleaning the kitchens and the bathrooms in order to keep the Hostel perfectly clean. The location is very central and close to the subway station. Another important factor is the atmosphere. Che Juan is a great place to meet fellow travelers and they also organize activities during the evening to get to know the local culture. I can highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!
