Very convenient location - a few mins walk from a metro station and near a lovely crafts market. There is a small supermarket across the road which is convenient. The room was well equipped and even had a washing machine which was handy after a week of travelling. Staff really nice and helpful. Note that the entrance to the building is from a little alleyway in between two buildings- but still very safe.

This establishment is managed by a lovely woman named Lori. She is always helpful and cheerful, and you can clearly tell that she cares about her guests' comfort. The villa is great. The rooms are spacious, the living area is cozy and has a projector. The location is excellent, far enough from the busy main road, but just a walking distance to Yerevan city center. (Make sure to visit the Armenian Genocide Museum, also just a walking distance away.) I felt very welcomed during my whole stay, and I met many wonderful people. There aren't many reviews at the time of writing, but that's because this is a very new established. I will definitely come back if I visit Armenia in the future!

The owner will always drive you to the city's attractions or the airport for free and pick you up. I would def recommend to book this hostel if you are solo traveler for a single room. It is very decent price to be in the center of the city. Hostel is very clean, and staff is so helpful. Location - amazing! There is Orion apart-hotel upstairs, so I guess if you have a bit bigger budget you can rent there.
