When we arrived, there was some urgent construction underway to improve the units. While this caused a bit of disruption to our stay, we decided to check out a day early and informed the team. To our surprise, they took the initiative to contact Booking.com on our behalf and arranged a refund for the final night. On top of that, they offered us an additional $50 as a gesture of goodwill. They weren’t obligated to do any of this, and it truly reflects their commitment to excellent service. What could have been a disappointing experience was completely turned around by their responsiveness and care. The hosts were quick to respond to any queries, the location is fantastic, and the rooms are comfortable. At the end of the day, it all comes down to service—and in this regard, they truly excelled.

We arrived at night and I loved how much lighting there was with all the string lights, it was a very cute environment. The bed was super comfortable and the cabin stayed very warm. We also walking over to the beach (even with snow) which gave us great views of the lake. I would 100% stay again, maybe in the summer too!

Condo is well maintained and was the nicest of several mid-range properties we’ve rented in the area. Great space for a family, with three separate sleeping spaces, and having the extra bathroom was awesome. Tasteful decor. Towels and bedding were plush and thoughtful amenities were provided, like snacks, face wash, and lotion. The pots/pans were in great condition - so rare! As a bonus, the pricing we got on this stay was really great.

A Bear's Rest ligt in Homewood in de regio Californië, en heeft een patio. Deze vakantiewoning ligt op 43 km van Lake Tahoe Golf Course en 18 km van Squaw Creek Golf Course. The location was great! Very close to the lake, you can also drive and park there too if you don’t want to walk. Kayaks were at the house for us to use, super cool! We really enjoyed staying there, we would love to come back again.

Lori was very communicative and helpful - one of the kindest and most generous hosts you will find! The location can't be beat - being able to walk right out the door and head to the slopes is a dream. Furthermore the northstar village has tons of restaurants and such. The unit itself was lovely, updated finishes and appliances gave it a luxe feel. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

Ski In/Out - Zalanta - Great Location- 2 Hot Tubs - Heated Pool is gelegen in South Lake Tahoe, op minder dan 1 km van Lakeside Beach en 1,9 km van Tahoe Queen, en biedt accommodatie met gratis WiFi,... The location is perfect, with shops, restaurants, and Lakeside Beach within easy walking distance. (Casinos are also only a block or two away, but we did not visit any.) The apartment is beautifully decorated and very spacious. It felt roomy and comfortable, even for our large group. The kitchen is well-equipped and we enjoyed using the gas grill on the balcony for cooking out. We also enjoyed the large variety of table games for cooler evenings. The tram and discount vouchers to Lakeside Beach were a nice unexpected plus. The outdoor pool, two hot tubs, and exercise room were wonderful and we spent many hours in them when it was too cold or late to get out. The onsite parking lot is easy to access, making packing up for day trips a breeze. The front desk staff was extremely positive and helpful, providing great suggestions and tips for enjoying Lake Tahoe. The hosts were also wonderful; they replied promptly and happily assisted us with everything we needed. Everyone in our group agreed that staying at Zalantra was one of the highlights of our trip!

Very nice condo! It was very peaceful at night, and the beds were comfortable. All 5 of us enjoyed our stay. Lori was great about communicating with my daughter and myself when we were checking in. All of our questions were quickly answered. Totally recommend this rental.
