Thérèse and Raymond are wonderful hosts and went above and beyond to make our experience perfect. And it was! The breakfasts are excellent, with a lot of variety and many local products. Every morning, we talked about our plans for the day and they gave us valuable tips and suggestions to make the most of our tours. They even lent us snorkeling gear! One evening, we had dinner together and they cooked a magnificent duck dish with vanilla. We highly recommend this place, we will never forget these days!

La Rose du Sud ligt op 5 km van het centrum van Saint-Joseph en op 15 minuten rijden van de watervallen Cap Mechant en Grand Galet. The owners Laurie and Laurie are very kind. The bungalow was spacious and comfortable. There is a small pool and a jacuzzi for relaxation. The area is quiet. It is possible to buy drinks and dinner prepared by Laurie. This is good to have when you come back tired after a day discovery.

Het zwembad is heerlijk, er zijn veel plekjes om buiten te zitten en het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien. We hadden wat problemen opgelopen in Madagaskar waardoor we medische hulp nodig hadden, Rose en haar man waren zo ontzettend gastvrij en hebben ons fantastisch geholpen. We zijn ze heel dankbaar, door hen hebben we onze reis fijn afgesloten. We komen heel erg graag nog een keer terug.

Very clean and private, the salt pool was fantastic, with a lovely space to relax and enjoy the sun. The property was very spacious, with all the things that we needed. The off street secure parking was very helpful. The hosts, were friendly and welcoming and made sure we had a good stay. It was only for two of us but is big and comfortable enough for a family.
