He walked with us to the significant pachamama and pachatata and explained the culture behind. His wife cooked amazing food, love especially their soup and trout!! His daughter taught us to make simple bracelets that was really fun and beautiful to have something handmade to bring home. The room is very quiet, clean and comfortable. I slept very well 2 nights. Always hot water for tea and coffee. Hot shower is hot! View is spectacular. I do recommend staying at least 2 nights to feel the tranquility and peace on the island.

We arrived rather late and departed early which was not a problem. Manuel organized all the transportation from and to the bus terminal for us. He also showed as around by boat and brought us to Puno and back to the island anytime we wished to. The room was very spacious and nicely decorated with a great view of the lake. Manuel always responded quickly to our messages. He always available and very friendly.

Mario greeted us at the port and walked us to his home. Excellent location close to the center where lunch is served daily. Mario made us nice breakfast and dinner daily. Great location to walk and enjoy the scenery.

Beautifully decorated and staffed by mother and daughter. The beds were comfortable, quiet setting, and they setup our Lake Titicaca tour which was outstanding. We felt safe and could easily walk to the square and museums. Lodge has been owned by the family for three generations. Cafe is cute and inviting and included breakfast was substantial with eggs, fresh juice, bread, cereals, and coffee and tea.
