Desert Stars Camp ligt in Bidiyah en biedt accommodaties met een balkon. Vliegveld Internationale luchthaven Muscat ligt op 205 km afstand. The camp was nicely located in the dunes, there were some other camps nearby, but not close enough to notice them without walking some distance. The facilities were amazing, tents were simple, yet well equipped and the little private bathrooms (including showers) were just perfect. Sunset camel ride was brilliant and definitely worth doing. Both the dinner and breakfast were well prepared with a large variety of food, we were very impressed by the quality and quantity of the dinner and breakfasts.

He was the perfect host, super friendly and we had lovely chats with him! The camp was spectacular, super clean and comfortable and the food, especially the dinner was delicious! Absolutely recommend staying here for a unique and private desert camping experience! We loved it and would definitely come back if in Oman again!

Clean, air-conditioned (life or death in June), responsive host - took us dune smashing and was incredibly personable - came back to drag us out when I got stuck in the sand.

Rashid Desert Private Camp bevindt zich in Bidiyah en biedt een terras en een barbecue. Deze luxe tent heeft gratis privéparkeren en een gedeelde keuken. Amazing experience. Left our vehicle at meeting point and paid for return trip transport which was definitely the right choice. Others who drove themselves found driving on the sand and changing road challenging and followed us out on departure. All the staff were great and really wanted everyone to have the best experience. Sunsets from the dunes, tent accommodation, food all great. Didn’t try the shower set up, very basic. Tour to the Bedouin house, camels on the roadside, expert driving through and down the dunes, night time scorpion walk - all amazing. We missed the part in the communications where payment was cash only at time of departure but were able to go to an ATM on our return to the meeting place and take care of payments

Arab desert camp ligt in Al Raka en biedt een zithoek. Er is een volledig uitgeruste eigen badkamer met bidet en gratis toiletartikelen. Well organized. You can enjoy every minute of your stay here.

Salem Fish Guest House is voorzien van een restaurant en accommodatie met een tuin, een gedeelde lounge en een terras. Al Hadd-strand ligt op 2,5 km. Er is gratis WiFi in de hele accommodatie. Room is very spacious, clean and fresh. Salem is such a hospitable owner - he also makes boat trips (amazing ones, we’ve seen dolphins and turtles) and he treated us to fruits and tea upon arrival. He also helped us after check-our when we got stuck in the sand 🙈 so grateful Breakfast was rich and tasty. Don’t hesitate to speak with other guests, Salem attracts interesting people to this place :)

First and foremost thing to mention is the host Said brother is really a very humble and funny person...He will make the trip memorable. His hospitality is best we ever received anywhere else. The location is isolated and awesome. Camp, toilet, dining area is clean.
