First and foremost, I want to thank the kind and generous hosts who made me feel truly welcomed. The room was very spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything I needed. The bathroom was spotless and in great condition, and the ventilation in the room was excellent, making the stay very comfortable. While the hotel is located a bit outside the center of Borjomi, I actually found this to be a great advantage — it's peaceful and calm, a perfect escape from the busy town. The hosts went above and beyond. They kindly allowed me to use the washing machine and even provided an iron so I could take care of my clothes — something I really appreciated during my trip. In the morning, they prepared a delicious and sweet breakfast that I really enjoyed. What touched me most was their willingness to help when my car broke down — they offered their support without hesitation, and thanks to their help, the issue was resolved. Thank you again, Panorama Hotel. I truly appreciated everything, and I absolutely plan to return on my next trip to Borjomi!

The accommodation features a lift and a minimarket for guests. The apartment was incredibly spacious and very clean. It was as advertised in the photos and we found the place very cosy for our two night stay. The location is in close proximity to central park (10 mins walk) and fairly close to a few supermarkets (15 mins walk). There is also free parking outside the building for those doing day trips from Borjomi. Gari was a great host who gave us the famed Georgian hospitality. We highly recommend this property.
