We were extremely satisfied with the level of cleanliness, as well as with the location. The hotel is located just a few steps away from Merida's main tourist attractions, but we were enjoying uninterrupted sleep on very comfortable bed (Good quality of bedding should also be noted).

During your time staying in this recently renovated apartment, dating back to 2023, you will have access to free WiFi. The apartment has family rooms. We loved staying here. The staff that met us was lovely and the apartment itself was fabulous. Everything seemed brand new. There was a great information booklet with helpful recommendations. The location is on a quiet road just a few minutes walk from the plaza de España and is very central. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place if you are staying in Merida.

I have nothing to complain but appreciation for Lucia, especially I asked for one more night in the last minute, and she offered me an option even much better --- an apartment of 5 stars!!! Everything is new and fresh, and well decorated with good taste--- especially the bathroom! Just loved the whole set!! I would definitely go back again.

The apartment is spacious, clean, and absolutely lovely. However, it was a bit chilly as the air conditioner doesn't go higher than 24 degrees.
