Very convenient location close to the station, shops and supermarket. Quiet neighbourhood with almost no traffic. Spacious rooms, two separate toilets on both floors. Owner very responsive and helpful, no problems whatsoever! I highly recommend this place, will definitely book it again when visiting Tokyo.

Great house with everything you need, laundry and cooking included. Nice rooftop terrace to chillout in the evenings with view to parts of the Skytree. Yan was a great and friendly host who provided us with all the nececarry information and questions we had. Location wise only a short walk to Yotsugi-Station with easy access to the rest of Tokyo. Very quiet and and nice neighborhood with a few good restaurants, shops and a public bathhouse in walking distance.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable and comfortable stay here. The location was very convenient – about 45 minutes from the airport and 45 minutes from Shinjuku station – and just behind a Family Mart, which made picking up essentials very easy. The house was beautifully decorated and fully open-concept, with two bedrooms spread across two floors. Each of the four beds was large and very comfortable. The open design did mean there were no doors, so we had to be mindful of keeping the volume down, but this was a small trade-off for how spacious and inviting it felt. The place was also extremely well-equipped: plenty of snacks, full laundry facilities, cleaning supplies, and multiple charging ports, which made the stay very convenient. Overall, a lovely balance of comfort, design, and practicality – we would happily stay here again.
