The perfect place for peace and quiet. Beautiful views of the rolling hills and a unique old tree supported by a custom made chunk of concrete. The owner is warm and welcoming and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious with a choice of home made pastries and savoury dishes.

We really liked the location, the staff, the relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. They truly love animals, and it’s even possible to be by the pool with them. It was very clean both in the room and throughout the property. The kitchen and the attentive waitstaff fulfilled our request for a kids’ menu and even prepared something that wasn’t on the menu. This is such a beautiful apartment, it is exactly what is shown in the pictures. It is very centrally located for exploring the area. Every little thing has been thought of to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Marco is a fabulous host, so kind and generous with his time. When a threatened train strike was called he was happy to help us find solution to the potential change in our travel plans (fortunately it did not go ahead). He has provided a comprehensive guide to what is in the area and a list of recommendations for dining. We would absolutely recommend this as a base for anyone considering a stay in the area.
